Welsh Premier Women's Premier League 2011/12

There was one new club promoted to the ten-team Welsh Premier Women's Premier League for the 2011/12 season with Northop Hall gaining promotion for the first time at the expense of Llandudno Junction Ladies, who played just the one season.

The ten current member clubs are as follows;

Southern Conference: Caerphilly Castle Ladies, Newcastle Emlyn Ladies, Swansea City Ladies, Trefelin Ladies, UWIC Ladies

Northern Conference: Aberystwyth Town Ladies, Caernarfon Town Ladies, Llanidloes Ladies, Northop Hall Ladies, Wrexham Ladies.
