Newtown AFC 0-2 The New Saints
The Saints are just one point behind leaders Llanelli after three points were taken at Latham Park. The visitors took the lead when striker Matthew Berkeley scored after 13 minutes and the lead was doubled when ex-Robin Scott Ruscoe scored on 31 minutes.
Gap Connah's Quay 0-3 Aberystwyth Town
Aberystwyth coasted to a 3-0 half-time lead at the Deeside Stadium with Geoff Kellaway scoring a six-minute brace on 15 and 21 minutes, before January's Principality Welsh Premier League Player of the Month Luke Sherbon scored a third on the stroke of half-time. There were no goals in the second-half as Aber maintained their third spot.
CPD Porthmadog 0-1 Rhyl FC
Rhyl remain in touch with a 2-0 win over lowly Porthmadog. The Lilywhites scored a goal in each half as player/manager Greg Strong scored the opener at Y Traeth on 24 minutes. Marc Connolly then struck five minutes after the break to secure all three points.
Port Talbot Town 3-0 Welshpool Town
The Steelmen took the lead in the 19th minute, when Martin Rose scored a penalty after he was brought down by Martin Beattie. The hosts second was a long range effort, when Neil Thomas took advantage of a header by Welshpool 'keeper Dave Maguire from just outside his box and the midfielder shot from 35 yards for 2-0. Despite coasting to victory, the Steelmen's influential midfielder Liam McCreesh was booked three minutes from time and then in an off-the-ball incident saw a straight red from referee Huw Jones, which means he will miss the Welsh Cup clash next weekend.
The third for the hosts came in stoppage time at the end of the first half when Lee Surman's header was cleared on the line, but his skipper Matthew Rees was at hand to poke home.
Bangor City 3-2 Haverfordwest County
Jack Christopher scored the County opener on three minutes, but Bangor midfielder Craig Garside restored parity on 13 minutes. Jamie Reed then gave Bangor the lead on 36 minutes as the hosts took a half-time lead. Immediately after the break, Christopher scored his second, but Ashley Stott came off the bench, to give the Citizens the lead once more.
Carmarthen Town AFC 1-0 Caersws FC
Striker Mark Pritchard scored the only goal of the game for the Old Gold on 29 minutes as Deryn Brace's side claimed all three points at Richmond Park against the strugglers.
